This is not the first time I use this terminal and I never had a problem. This time was different. First I waited one hour inside the plane before taking off. I landed at the airport and I rated my trip as bad on the stand located at terminal 4. As soon I got my bags, the chief officer came towards Me and asked me in a very offensive way the reason I rated my trip as bad. This didn’t stop here. He decided to search my bags, and take off my clothes. It is a shame treating a doctor this way.
