Description
Disappointing experience at T4 Kuwait Airport parking. Entered by mistake and immediately asked to exit, but still charged 5 KD for a full day. When I questioned it, I was told “even bigger people have paid,” which felt unprofessional in that moment. Not trying to target any staff personally — I may have misunderstood, but the experience felt unfair. Hope the policy is more flexible for genuine mistakes in the future.
