I am filing an urgent formal complaint regarding an unprofessional incident involving a Kuwait Airways / T4 airside electric vehicle driver named Saif. On August 28, 2026, while inside Terminal 4 near the boarding bridge area, I was experiencing severe leg pain and attempted to use the internal electric transport vehicle to get to the other side.
